Tom is a Director at Portage Point Partners where he provides advisory services to underperforming and distressed companies. His professional experience covers liability management, liquidity management, operational turnarounds, contingency planning, and restructuring services.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Tom was a Senior Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring Services practice at AlixPartners LLP. Tom has diverse experience guiding companies through times of distress but has particular expertise in the areas of liquidity management, business planning, and finance function transformation.

Tom has over ten years of experience providing advisory services to companies, sponsors, and lenders. His mandates have covered transaction advisory services, valuations, in and out of court restructurings, and enterprise improvement initiatives. His clients have spanned various industries, but during his time with AlixPartners, he primarily provided services to EPC, energy and consumer products companies.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Tom held roles with RSM LLP, Weaver & Tidwell LLP and CBRE, Inc.

Tom has a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
