Scott currently serves as a Director at Portage Point where he provides financial, operational and strategic advice to underperforming and distressed companies. His professional experience includes financial and operational advisory services to both public and private companies, mergers & acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives

Prior to joining Portage Point, Scott was a Private Equity Senior Associate with Winona Capital where he focused on investment screening, transaction diligence & execution and portfolio company monitoring in the Consumer industry. Previously, he was an Analyst in both the Global Industrials and Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking groups at Citigroup where he provided analytical support on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financings and other financial advisory services

Scott graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and was a member of the Wall Street Forum. Scott is series 63 and 79 certified
