Rob Wedinger is a Senior Director and senior member of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners. Prior to Portage Point, Mr. Wedinger was a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, specializing in both equity and credit due diligence in a broad range of industries on behalf of private equity firms, private credit firms, corporates, and hedge funds.
Mr. Wedinger has more than a decade of diversified experience across transaction advisory, private equity and private credit origination, investment banking, and audit advisory. His unique background provides a well-rounded perspective to his clients across a broad range of transaction types. He has experience with acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring transactions with deals sizes ranging from $5 million to more than $1 billion, with a core focus on middle market offerings in the $50 million – $300 million range. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wedinger held roles as a Vice President at AEA Investors, an Analyst in Leveraged Finance and Corporate Client Banking at J.P. Morgan, and an Associate at KPMG in the audit practice.

Mr. Wedinger holds his BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting and his MS in Accountancy from Bentley University.
