Rob Wedinger

Rob Wedinger is a Managing Director and senior member of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners.

Rob has more than a decade of diversified experience across transaction advisory, private equity and private credit origination, investment banking and audit advisory. His unique background provides a well-rounded perspective to his clients across a broad range of transaction types. He has experience with acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring transactions with deals sizes ranging from $5 million to more than $1 billion, with a core focus on middle market offerings in the $20 million – $150 million range.

Prior to Portage Point, Rob was a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, specializing in both equity and credit due diligence in a broad range of industries on behalf of private equity firms, private credit firms, corporates and hedge funds. Previously, Rob held roles as a Vice President at AEA Investors, Analyst in Leveraged Finance and Corporate Client Banking at J.P. Morgan and Associate at KPMG in the audit practice.

Rob holds his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting and his Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University.
