Mark currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Portage Point where he provides advisory services on both restructuring and performance improvement engagements. His primary responsibilities include conducting financial and operational analyses, developing key performance indicators, analyzing working capital optimization and assisting in the generation and execution of value maximization strategies.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Mark was a Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring Services group at AlixPartners where he assisted in the turnaround strategies and restructurings of clients operating in Transportation and Logistics, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, and Professional Services. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Mark was an Analyst at HSBC where he focused on providing financial advisory services to clients operating primarily in the Oil and Gas industry.

Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Alabama’s Business Honors College with a double major in Finance and Economics and holds an MBA from Duke University with a dual concentration in Finance and Strategy.
