Geoff is a Director in the Investment Banking practice and has over 13 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, most recently with Houlihan Lokey’s Special Situations and Financial Restructuring Group. At Houlihan Lokey, Geoff was involved in a wide range of domestic and cross-border restructurings and recapitalizations, M&A transactions and financings across a broad range of industries including consumer retail, TMT, transportation & logistics and engineering & construction services

His notable assignments include the Puerto Rico Government Development Bank, Boardriders, Toys R Us, TOMS Shoes, J.Crew, Quiksilver, OneWeb Global, McDermott International, Clear Channel Outdoor, Hunter Defense Technologies, Syncreon Group, Eagle Bulk Shipping and Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives, among others

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Geoff was a member of the Valuation and Strategic Analysis group at Providence Equity Partners, where he worked with the private equity and credit teams. He began his career with KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services Group in New York
Geoff holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Geoff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Astor Services
