Cosmo Giancaspro

Cosmo Giancaspro is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies. His experience includes serving clients in aerospace, financial services, food & beverages, energy, healthcare, technology and telecommunications. He has provided advisory services to clients and their stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court situations.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Cosmo was a Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring Services group at AlixPartners where he was a financial advisor to both debtors and creditors. Prior to AlixPartners, Cosmo was a Consultant at Berkeley Research Group. Previously, Cosmo was a Manager at Prudential Financial.

Cosmo graduated from Rutgers Business School with a double major in Finance and Supply Chain Management. Cosmo is a Certified Financial Accountant Charterholder and has completed the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) examinations.
