Ahad Khan currently serves as a Vice President at the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners, where he is responsible for providing M&A diligence advisory services to both strategic and financial acquirors. Prior to Portage Point, Ahad was a Manager in the M&A Transaction Advisory services practice at Deloitte.

Ahad has over 7 years of experience providing M&A advisory services on transactions ranging from $50 million to in excess of $1 billion. He has advised on both buy-side and sell-side engagements across a broad range of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, industrials, energy, and retail.

Ahad holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
