Adam serves as a Managing Director at Portage Point, where he focuses on providing investment banking advisory services. Adam has 19 years of experience in investment banking and asset management, with over a decade spent in the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group at Moelis.  While at Moelis, Adam focused on recapitalizations, financings, liability management transactions, restructurings, and sales, both in and out-of-court, across a myriad of industries.  Adam spent considerable time at Moelis advising both companies and various creditor groups , which included significant time with official committees of unsecured creditors

Adam successfully led the following key creditor engagements while at Moelis, among others, Mallinchrodt, Intelsat, Murray Energy, McClatchy, Toys R Us, AAC Holdings, Sears, ModSpace, and Horsehead, and the following key company engagements, Speedcast, Aegean Marine, Global A&T, Midway Gold, Allied Nevada, GSE Environmental and Centrus Energy. Adam was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Assembled Brands Group, an analyst at Wexford Capital and started his career in Citi’s Leveraged Finance Group

Adam graduated from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU and Cornell University.  Adam holds his Series 7, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses
