Zach Fritz

Zach Fritz is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners within Transaction Advisory Services, providing financial due diligence and other M&A and strategy advisory services. He is based in Philadelphia and has seven years of public accounting experience at KPMG. The first three years of his career were in Audit before transitioning to the Deal Advisory practice in 2019. Zach has executed numerous due diligence engagements for both financial sponsors and corporate clients, ranging in deal value from $20 million to $1+ billion, and has extensive experience advising buyers and sellers in evaluating deal considerations and optimizing transactions.

Zach has experience across many sectors that include transportation & logistics, travel & leisure, casino & gaming, industrial manufacturing, biotech & life sciences, technology and consumer products.

Zach graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
