Yash Sahai

Yash Sahai is an Associate in the Investment Banking Practice at Portage Point Partners in the Gurugram office. 

Yash has 2 years of investment banking experience advising private equity (PE) sponsors on buy-side, sell-side and debt financing transactions. His work spans leveraged buyout model construction, investment memoranda, pitch books, buyer screens and credit memos. 

Prior to Portage Point, Yash worked at Wells Fargo (NYSE – WFC) for 2 years as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group in Bengaluru, where he supported the US team on transactions for PE clients. In 2026, he received the Team Spotlight Award from Wells Fargo for his execution work on a $35 billion large-cap sponsor-led transaction. 

Yash holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bengaluru.
