Travis Hinds

Travis Hinds is a Senior Vice President, Delivery Excellence at Portage Point Partners located in the Dallas office. He focuses on ensuring consistency and quality across practice line engagements as well as continuous improvement within the firm.

Travis has deep expertise in operational and process improvement, organizational design, go-to-market strategy, investment performance management, change management and implementation execution with clients across a wide array of industries.

Prior to Portage Point, Travis was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company. Previously, Travis was a Combat Engineering Officer in the US Army serving as a Company Intelligence Support Team Officer in Charge, an Assault Platoon Leader, an Officer Leader’s Course Trainer, the Deputy J8 (Finance) Director Forward / Afghan Security Forces Fund Comptroller for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Special Operations Component Command – Afghanistan and a Strategic Training Analyst for the Department of Military Engineering.

Travis earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Military Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
