Tom Wooton

Tom Wooton is a Managing Director in the Office of the CFO (OCFO) practice at Portage Point Partners. Tom has more than 20 years of experience guiding companies through growth, turnaround and transformation programs as both a CFO and advisor. He has deep expertise in identifying improvement opportunities, leading multi-thread integration and cost takeout initiatives and delivering tactical solutions that generate tangible value. His industry expertise spans technology, telecommunications, software-as-a-service, consumer and retail, manufacturing, distribution, education, business services and healthcare.

Prior to Portage Point, Tom served as Managing Director at EY-Parthenon where he led finance-focused integration, separation and transformation programs for a broad range of clients including private equity (PE)-backed portfolio companies and global Fortune 500 leaders.

Before joining EY-Parthenon, Tom was Chief Financial Officer at Revolution Foods, a PE-backed, mission-oriented food company focused on producing healthy school meals for K-12 education and emergency feeding markets. In that role, Tom was responsible for driving pricing, performance improvement and refinancing initiatives that led the company to profitability for the first time in its history.

Prior to Revolution Foods, Tom was Vice President of Finance Transformation at Genesys, a PE-backed Software-as-a-Service company, where he led reporting, data governance and performance improvement initiatives that integrated the financial results and underlying data of three separate platforms.
