Tom Palmer

Tom Palmer currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Portage Point Partners within Transaction Advisory Services, providing financial due diligence and other M&A and strategy advisory services. he has experience across various sectors including business services, industrial manufacturing, industrial products, casino & gaming, biotech & life sciences, consumer products and technology.

Tom is based in Philadelphia and has 11 years of public accounting experience at both KPMG and RSM. The first two years of his career were in Audit before transitioning to Deal Advisory in 2014. Tom has executed numerous due diligence engagements for both financial sponsors and corporate clients, ranging in deal value from $20 million to over $1 billion, and has extensive experience advising both buyers and seller in evaluating key deal considerations and optimizing transactions.

Tom holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania.
