Srishti Jain

Srishti Jain is a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners in the Gurugram office. Her primary responsibilities include financial due diligence, analyzing quality of earnings and working capital, identifying commitments and contingencies and assisting in the implementation of value maximization strategies.

Srishti has more than five years of transaction advisory experience, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence for private equity (PE) and corporate clients. She has extensive experience evaluating deal value drivers, assessing historical and projected financial performance and providing insights to support investment, acquisition and strategic decision-making. Srishti has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, natural resources, chemicals, industrial manufacturing and construction.

Prior to Portage Point, Srishti served as an Assistant Manager in the Financial Due Diligence practice at KPMG. At KPMG, Srishti advised on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements ranging from $5 million to $10 billion, with a particular focus on large market and middle market transactions. She worked closely with PE sponsors and corporate acquirers, providing analyses of earnings quality, working capital, cash flow trends and transaction-related risks to support investment and acquisition decisions.

Srishti holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Delhi and is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) in India.
