Shikha Patial is a Senior Director and Human Capital Leader at Portage Point Partners based in the Gurugram office.

With more than 20 years of experience, Shikha builds exceptional talent, future-ready capabilities and a high-performance culture to create lasting value for clients and accelerate the firm’s growth. She shapes and leads enterprise talent strategy, workforce transformation and culture change at scale, integrating organization design, capability building and leadership development to accelerate growth, enhance organizational effectiveness and build future-ready capabilities.

Prior to Portage Point, Shikha was a Strategic Advisor at EY, where she built high-performing teams through attracting best-in-class talent, coaching future leaders, designing workforce transformation models, strengthening succession depth, enabling merit-driven performance frameworks and a thriving culture that fuels collaboration, respect, inclusion and growth for all. At Honeywell, she partnered as talent advisor across India, China and Romania, co-owning the talent agenda with business leadership to enable business growth through succession planning, leadership development, performance architecture and organization effectiveness initiatives. Within one year of deployment, she achieved Bronze-certified Honeywell Operating System (HOS) HR Site Leader recognition for her business entity.

At Dell, Shikha made talent acquisition a growth lever, attracting best-in-class talent into business-critical roles and building a diversified sourcing engine that enabled onboarding blue-chip talent, compressed time-to-hire and put capability in place ahead of business demand and requirements across practice lines and locations.

Shikha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in management from Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She also has the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification for employee relations and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
