Shafali Reddy

Shafali Reddy is a Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners where she is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Shafali was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) group at Cain Brothers where she provided M&A advisory services to corporate clients, health systems and financial sponsors across healthcare verticals. While at Cain Brothers, Shafali constructed operating models and performed valuations, including DCFs, LBOs and trading / transaction comparables and identified strategic alternatives for small- to mid-sized healthcare firms across multiple sub-verticals.

Shafali earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 certifications.
