Ryan Senter

Ryan Senter is a Managing Director with Portage Point Partners based in the Dallas, Texas Office. Ryan concentrates on performance improvement, CFO services, mergers and acquisitions advisory and leading companies through strategic growth initiatives.

Ryan’s career over the past 25 years has focused on advising organizations on business strategy, mergers and acquisition and performance improvement in a variety of industries and stages of development. His extensive expertise in successfully managing complex strategies crosses a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, business services, manufacturing, financial services, energy and technology.

Ryan previously served with prestigious global consulting and advisory firms, including Executive Managing Director and Head of Performance Improvement at Riveron Consulting Global Managing Director at Protiviti and Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal. Ryan began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he spent a decade in their Technology and Finance Performance Management solution groups.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar and elected to the Student Hall of Fame in 1996. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Business Management program at Yale University School of Management. Active in the community, Ryan has served on the Board of Trustees for Cook Children’s Medical Center and the Finance and Advancement Committees for the Fort Worth Country Day School.
