Riddhi Patel

Riddhi Patel currently serves as a Director, People at Portage Point Partners. Her professional experience includes providing strategic Human Resources business insights and execution on all HR focus areas ranging from performance management and development, compliance, total rewards and compensation, organizational change HR Information Systems, employee relations and coaching, employee engagement, trainings, HR Analytics and HR policy, among others.

Riddhi is integral in helping build and scale HR at Portage Point. She will be a key contributor in supporting teams cross functionally to be successful and equipped with the best tools, resources, training and guidance to be successful.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Riddhi led the HR function at CA Ventures where she created and led the HR strategy, process implementation and execution across performance, development, compliance, total rewards, employee engagement, etc, for 600+ employees. She has helped organizations double / triple in size while providing solutions and practices that bet align with the company’s goals and objectives.

She has helped scale and grow HR at CA Ventures (real estate investment firm) by 50%, Magnolia Capital (multifamily real estate firm) by 76% and AArete (management consulting firm focused on healthcare) by 56% in headcount in 2-3 years while also expanding market presence across the US.

Riddhi is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management where she continues to network, learn and share HR best practices, procedures, policies and perks in the industry.

Riddhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Marketing minor from Indiana University Bloomington.
