Rahi Patel

Rahi Patel is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners based in the Chicago office, where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analyses, developing key performance indicators, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital optimization opportunities and assisting in the implementation of value maximization strategies.

Rahi has deep expertise in transaction execution, due diligence and portfolio company performance improvement. He has collaborated closely with management teams to develop and implement value creation strategies, accelerate EBITDA growth, conduct liquidity analyses and support business model transformations.

Prior to Portage Point, Rahi was an Associate at Chicago Pacific Capital, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on evaluating and executing control private equity investments across healthcare services. Rahi began his career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, where he advised firms on mergers & acquisitions.

Rahi earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
