Purvil Patel

Purvil Patel currently serves as a Senior Vice President, Delivery Excellence at Portage Point, where he drives continuous improvement, scalability and quality across the entire engagement lifecycle. His responsibilities include enhancing go-to-market strategies, pitches, staffing, client delivery and post-engagement codification through the development of policies, processes and technologies.

Purvil brings extensive experience spanning procurement cost transformation, product development and engineering transformation, process optimization, digital systems implementation and a specialization in product engineering. He combines technical depth with strong stakeholder management skills, effectively bridging teams and functions.

Before joining Portage Point, Purvil spent five years in client delivery roles at McKinsey & Company in their Operations practice and at Deloitte Consulting in their Supply Chain and Network Operations practice. He also has four years of research and development engineering experience at Cameron, a Schlumberger company.

Purvil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, with concentrations in Strategy, Operations and Communications.
