Piyush Lamoria

Piyush Lamoria currently serves as a Senior Director at Portage Point Partners within the firm’s Performance Improvement Practice providing strategic, financial and operational advisory.

Piyush is a seasoned management consulting professional with more than 15 years of experience helping large cap and middle market companies realize strategic and operational objectives and drive value creation. He has experience across various sectors including industrials, consumer products, technology and oil & gas. During his career, Piyush has led several enterprise transformation programs ranging from $20 million to $500 million in value creation via functional and operational initiatives. In addition, he has extensive experience in managing both integration and separation M&A engagements with deal value ranging from $250 million to $20 billion.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Piyush spent 10 years at EY-Parthenon within the Strategy and M&A Practice advising corporate and private equity clients. While at EY-Parthenon, Piyush led the $400 million performance improvement program for an advanced manufacturing company to help realize long term strategic priorities through operational transformation. He was also instrumental in driving the finance function transformation program for a middle market industrial manufacturing corporation in the US to drive $25 million in annual cost savings and operating model improvements. Piyush also led the post-merger integration and synergy program for a $4 billion consumer products and retail transaction driving realization of $200 million in synergies.

Piyush holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Amity University (India) and a bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Delhi (India).
