Orchidée-Noire (O) Greasley

Orchidée (O) Greasley currently serves as a Vice President, Learning and Development at Portage Point Partners, where she focuses on disseminating firm knowledge to drive career growth as well as various people and culture initiatives for the firm. Additionally, she has a strong focus on the lifecycle of people solutions and scaling procedures that drive simple yet exhaustive solutions.

O provides an extensive range of organizational development expertise, with 10 years of experience focusing on building skill capabilities, developing exceptional leaders and scaling people processes to drive and support commercial success.

Prior to Portage Point, O spent six years in Client Delivery at McKinsey, where she focused on developing the strategy and implementation of organizational development that enabled clients to meet their goals and achieve specific capabilities. O started her career on the Pine Street team at Goldman Sachs where she delivered executive development programs for senior leaders.

O has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Digital Commerce from Brooklyn College, City University of New York (CUNY). She has also earned a diverse range of Project Management and Agile certifications.
