Nick Dalbis

Nick Dalbis is a Director at Portage Point Partners in the Office of the CFO, based in New York. Nick specializes in large-scale data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) transformations across front, middle and back-office functions. 

With more than a decade of experience driving enterprise transformation within the financial services sector, Nick provides holistic expertise across the data and AI lifecycle, spanning data strategy, management, engineering, advanced analytics and AI. He is a trusted C-suite advisor for data and AI strategy, implementation and risk management within complex, reputation-sensitive environments. Nick also has deep industry expertise across finance, risk and investment management functions. 

Prior to Portage Point, Nick was a Managing Director within NTT DATA’s Data & AI Consulting practice, where he led data analytics and AI strategy, design and implementation for large-scale transformation initiatives at global financial services organizations. Before NTT DATA, Nick was the Head of Americas for the Data & AI Consulting practice at CRISIL, an S&P Global company, where he led the strategy, operating model and growth of the firm’s global data and AI transformation business. Prior to CRISIL, Nick was a leader within EY’s Data and Analytics Practice, driving enterprise transformation programs focused on data governance, regulatory transformation, target operating models and enterprise data modernization for leading global financial institutions. 

Nick holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Management, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Information Technology and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Data Science from Syracuse University.
