Neha Mishra

Neha Mishra is a Managing Director leading the Technology Investment Banking practice at Portage Point Partners based in New York. She advises technology companies and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital market transactions and strategic alternatives, bringing a seasoned perspective shaped by nearly two decades of global investment banking experience.

Neha brings deep sector expertise across cybersecurity, infrastructure software, data analytics, marketing software, workflow automation and tech-enabled services with a track record that spans the full spectrum of sell-side and buy-side M&A as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions. Over the course of her career, she has advised on more than $50 billion in aggregate transaction value across public and private technology companies. She is known for her rigorous sector insight, long-standing relationships in the technology ecosystem with companies, investors, lenders and stakeholders and her ability to deliver thoughtful, data-driven advice that leads to differentiated outcomes for clients.

Prior to Portage Point, Neha was a Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking at Truist Securities. Earlier in her career, she advised marquee technology companies at Macquarie Capital and Goldman Sachs, where she executed a broad range of strategic and capital markets transactions.

Neha earned her Masters of Business Administration with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
