Nav Randhawa

Nav Randhawa is a Vice President for Portage Point Partners based in the New York office, where he supports Investment Banking, Performance Improvement and Restructuring engagements.

Nav has several years of Private Equity and Investment Banking experience, spanning a broad range of investments, transactions and strategic initiatives including buyouts, credit investments, growth equity, take-privates, turnarounds, recapitalizations and new vertical launches.

Prior to Portage Point, Nav was a member of the Investment team at Sidewalk and Paine Schwartz. He began his career in Special Situation Investing and Restructuring Advisory at Solace Capital Partners and Miller Buckfire. In these roles, he was responsible for leading due diligence workstreams, building comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions across debt and equity, coordinating across stakeholders, executing add-on acquisitions and implementing strategic operational and finance initiatives.

Nav holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a concentration in Quantitative Finance from Binghamton University.
