Mari Thompson

Mari Thompson is a Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners based in New York. She is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Mari was an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America in the Global Industrials Group. While at Bank of America, Mari provided merger & acquisitions (M&A) advisory and execution services to corporate clients using detailed operating models, discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transactions and leveraged buyout analyses.

Mari holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
