Manuel (Manny) Hernandez

Manuel (Manny) Hernandez-Meza is an Associate at Portage Point Partners in the Chicago office where he supports financial and operational restructuring, performance improvement and transaction advisory engagements for middle market clients.

Manny has expertise in complex financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and process management. He has experience advising turnaround initiatives, go-forward business planning, liquidity management and sell-side processes.

Prior to Portage Point, Manny was an Associate at Linden Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity (PE) firm, where he supported portfolio company management teams and led analyses across platform and add-on investment opportunities. He started his career as an Analyst at Ducera Partners, a New York–based investment bank, where he advised on restructurings and strategic alternatives for both public and private companies.

Manny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
