Manu Sahay

Manu Sahay is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners, based in the New York office. He focuses on financial and operational analysis, transaction advisory, liquidity management and value maximization strategies for middle market companies.

Manu brings more than nine years of experience across private equity investments, operations and professional services. Prior to Portage Point, he was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity group at Goldman Sachs, where he evaluated and executed private equity investments across direct investments and continuation vehicle transactions. At Goldman Sachs, Manu led due diligence and investments across transactions totaling more than $3 billion.

Earlier in his career, Manu was an investment professional at Advent International and Kalaari Capital, where he evaluated buy-side investment opportunities, conducted commercial and financial diligence and supported portfolio value creation initiatives across the technology, healthcare, consumer and business services industries. Manu also worked at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where he helped design and scale digital health systems and operating models supporting large public health programs in India, and began his career in the Strategy and Transactions practice at Ernst & Young.

Manu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor and Master of Technology (BTech, MTech) from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
