Lucas Tortolani
Senior Associate, Sales Enablement
Lucas Tortolani currently serves as a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining go-to-market strategies. In this role, Lucas leads efforts to define product positioning, craft value propositions and build strategic roadmaps that drive market entry, expansion and overall sales growth. He works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of these strategies across all touchpoints.
Previously, Lucas served as a Senior Associate on a cross-functional team, providing financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.
Prior to joining Portage Point, Lucas was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Debt Advisory and Restructuring Group at Jefferies, where he advised clients on distressed mergers and acquisitions, complex recapitalizations and Chapter 11 transactions. During his time at Jefferies, Lucas covered a wide range of sectors, including paper and packaging, maritime shipping, real estate, gaming and lodging.
Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was a member of the Business Honors Program.
