Logan Mendoza

Logan Mendoza is an Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners based in New York. His primary responsibilities include analyzing quality of earnings, working capital and potential commitments and contingencies in buy-side and sell-side transactions. 

Prior to Portage Point, Logan was a Consultant in the Strategy and Transactions M&A Practice at Deloitte, where he advised the firm’s largest private equity clients and their portfolio companies through complex acquisition and divestiture situations. His experience included performing financial due diligence, evaluating investment models and assessing key financial and operational drivers to support investment decisions and transaction execution. Logan worked with cross-functional teams on transactions ranging in deal value from $10 million to more than $3 billion across a range of sectors, including business services, manufacturing, technology and aerospace and defense.  

Logan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York and is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
