Lisa Lansio
Director
Lisa Lansio currently serves as a Director at Portage Point Partners in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on providing investment banking advisory services.
Lisa has experience in a wide range of corporate financial restructurings and bankruptcies, advising companies and creditors in financial distress on transactions including out-of-court restructurings, recapitalizations, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions and Chapter 11 restructurings. Prior to joining Portage Point, Lisa was a member of the Restructuring and Liability Management group at Lazard. Before Lazard, Lisa was an Associate in the restructuring departments of Latham & Watkins LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Lisa’s experience includes representing GenapSys Inc., Basic Energy, Ursa Resources, Libbey Glass, Lucky Brand, Paddock Enterprises, Weatherford, Hexion, NCSG Crane, B&G Crane, PG&E, Takata, Catalina Marketing and Key Energy. In addition, Lisa has advised key stakeholders in numerous situations including Legacy Reserves, Things Remembered and China Fishery. Lisa also has significant experience advising potential purchasers of distressed companies.
Lisa earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
