Lily Geever

Lily Geever currently serves as Associate, Accounting and Finance at Portage Point Partners in the Chicago office, where she is responsible for assisting the Controller with month-end close, financial reporting and firm financial analysis. Her expertise includes bookkeeping in accordance with accounting standards and ensuring financial reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Lily worked in the audit practice at Deloitte, where she was responsible for supporting cross-functional teams to deliver quality audits for multimillion dollar clients. She gained insight into internal controls and substantive testing for a multitude of account areas.

Lily graduated from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. She received the Bronze Tablet Award for graduating in the top three percentile and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), anticipating licensure in the coming months.
