Khiana Lapointe

Khiana Lapointe is a Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners based in the Chicago office. She is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Khiana was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey where she provided sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to middle-market clients in the consumer sector, specializing in food and beverage. While at Houlihan Lokey, Khiana built operating and three-statement models, conducted complex commercial, operational and syndicated data analytics and partnered with management teams to position businesses for sale and manage diligence through closing.

Khiana graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business, with an emphasis in Finance. She has passed the Investment Banking Registered Representative Examination (Series 79), the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63) and the Securities Industry Essentials Examination (SIE).
