Kevin Roman

Kevin Roman currently serves as a Senior Director at Portage Point Partners within Transaction Advisory Services, providing financial due diligence and other strategic M&A advisory services. Kevin has experience across various sectors including life sciences, technology, transportation and logistics, industrial manufacturing, business services, consumer products and gaming.

He is based in Philadelphia and was previously a Director at KPMG with 12 years of experience including over a decade in M&A. Kevin has led over 100 due diligence engagements for both financial sponsors and corporate clients, ranging in deal values from $5 million to over $10 billion, and has extensive experience advising both buyers and sellers in evaluating key deal value drivers, SPA considerations and optimizing transactions in the middle market and large cross-border public-to-public transactions. Kevin started in his career in the audit practice at KPMG.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania.
