Kaylynn Sanchez

Kaylynn Sanchez is Vice President of Learning and Development at Portage Point Partners in the Chicago office. Kaylynn leads the design and implementation of programs that enhance team member skills, professional growth and organizational capability. She collaborates with senior leaders across the firm to drive a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Prior to Portage Point, Kaylynn spent nine years as a management consultant with Sendero Consulting where she specialized in change management and program management. Her work spanned utilities, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare industries where she served mid-to-large size clients guiding enterprise transformations and helping their employees adopt various levels of change while continuing to meet critical business needs. Her work included strategic planning, learning and development, organizational development, process design and implementation, stakeholder management and enterprise level communication. Prior to Sendero, Kaylynn held various client-facing positions at Kibo Software and ISN Software Corporation where she excelled in client delivery.

Kaylynn is a Certified Change Management Professional and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
