Katherine (Kat) Rauzi currently serves as a Director of Talent Acquisition at Portage Point Partners. In this role, Kat focuses on attracting, assessing and securing top-tier candidates to join the firm’s blue chip team of cross-functional experts.

With over two decades of talent acquisition experience, Kat brings a wealth of knowledge from her tenure with elite management consulting firms. Her robust background in global recruitment efforts reflects a unique blend of leadership, innovation and relationship-building.

Kat has held talent acquisition leadership positions with Ankura, AlixPartners and PwC. In these roles, she successfully navigated the intricacies of recruiting across various domains, including restructuring, transaction advisory, performance improvement, audit, tax, digital services and financial advisory.

Kat holds a Bachelor of Economics from Texas A&M University.
