Karan Satija

Karan Satija is a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners in the Gurugram office.

Karan brings seven years of diversified experience across transaction advisory and internal audit. He has worked on several buy-side and sell-side deals and across different sectors, including technology, consumer, media, travel, education and logistics.

Prior to Portage Point, Karan worked at Alvarez & Marsal for around two and a half years in the Transaction Advisory Group where he primarily worked with corporate clients in financial due diligence. He also worked at Deloitte India for close to three years and one year with Grant Thornton Bharat in Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to that, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. for one year in Internal Audit.

Karan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Hons from Delhi University. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
