Julia Gosselink 

Julia Gosselink is a Senior Associate in the Valuations Practice at Portage Point Partners in Los Angeles. Julia has experience providing valuation and financial advisory services to private equity (PE) sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate clients. She supports engagements across the investment lifecycle and advises clients on valuation matters for financial reporting, transaction, tax and strategic planning purposes. 

Julia specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, complex securities and intangible assets. Her experience spans PE-backed, publicly traded and privately held companies across healthcare, technology and industrials industries. In addition to her valuation advisory background, Julia has served in an operating finance role for a PE-backed healthcare platform, where she led budgeting and 13-week cash flow forecasting initiatives and supported executive leadership with strategic and operational decision-making. 

Prior to joining Portage Point, Julia was an Associate in the Corporate Valuation and Advisory Services Practice at Houlihan Lokey. Most recently, she served as Senior Financial Analyst for a PE-backed healthcare platform. 

Julia earned a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds FINRA SIE, Series 63 and 79 certifications.
