Jose Ceballos

Jose Ceballos is a Senior Vice President at Portage Point Partners where he is a member of the cross-functional team and is based out of the New York office.

Jose has over a decade of experience in consulting roles across North America, Europe and Latin America serving clients in the private equity, aerospace and defense, automotive, logistics and transportation, healthcare, technology and media and energy industries. He has vast experience in M&A across all phases of the deal cycle including buy-side due diligences, carve-outs, integrations and cost saving implementation programs.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Jose was a Senior Vice President at AlixPartners where he was a core member of the Private Equity (PE) Team and worked closely with clients on their most important transactions, supporting them in successfully capturing value in their portfolio companies. Jose has also worked with PE sponsors and large corporate clients in implementing cost take-out programs, pricing and profitability studies and sales effectiveness initiatives.

Jose obtained a Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris with a specialization in corporate strategy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a specialization in financial engineering.
