Jeremy Herskowitz

Jeremy Herskowitz is an Associate at Portage Point Partners where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Jeremy was an Associate at Manulife Investment Management in the Private Equity & Credit Group, where he focused on underwriting and managing junior credit investments and private equity co-investments. He was responsible for financial modeling, credit risk assessment and due diligence on investment opportunities across industries, evaluating transaction structures and company fundamentals to support investment decisions.

Previously, Jeremy was an Analyst at JP Morgan Chase in Corporate Development, where he helped negotiate strategic partnerships across the automotive and home lending sectors. He began his career at Verisk Financial, conducting data analytics on consumer credit card portfolios to support financial institutions with risk management and strategic planning.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
