Jeffrey Stanis is a Director at Portage Point Partners and is based in New York.

At Portage Point, Jeff leverages more than ten years of expertise in creating and preserving value at speed by providing corporate finance, strategic transformation and liquidity management advisory for distressed and underperforming organizations.

Throughout his career, Jeff has collaborated with key stakeholders, including equity sponsors, lenders, management, boards and government entities to execute restructuring & turnaround processes, performance improvement initiatives, mergers & acquisitions and capital raises.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Jeff was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal acting as an advisor and interim leader for clients. At A&M, Jeff worked across the healthcare sector with clients ranging from multibillion dollar regional academic medical centers to cutting edge life sciences companies.  Earlier in his career, Jeff was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at HSBC assisting multinational insurance clients on capital raises and structured financing. Jeff began his career at a family office investing in the healthcare and financial sectors.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
