Throughout his career, Jeff has collaborated with key stakeholders, including equity sponsors, lenders, management, boards and government entities to execute restructuring and turnaround processes, performance improvement initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and capital raises.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Jeff was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal acting as an advisor and interim leader for clients. At Alvarez & Marsal, Jeff worked across the healthcare sector with clients ranging from multi-billion dollar regional academic medical centers to cutting-edge life sciences companies. Earlier in his career, Jeff was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at HSBC assisting multinational insurance clients on capital raises and structured financing. Jeff began his career at a family office investing in the healthcare and financial sectors.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
