Jay Enders

Jay Enders serves as Director at Portage Point Partners, where he focuses on providing performance improvement advisory services. Jay has over eight years of experience in management consulting.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Jay was with Alvarez & Marsal where he supported clients in a wide variety of industries spanning industrial packaging, retail, food & beverage, medical device, public sector, industrial gases and more. Jay has experience in all functional areas while specializing in supply chain operations and M&A advisory services in recent years.

In the M&A space, Jay has both sell-side and buy-side experience, having successfully led divestitures from the bidding process through to Day 1 planning and 100-Day execution, along with leading operational buy-side diligence and integration planning.

Operationally, Jay has been able to capture significant value for clients through sourcing; network and logistics optimization; forecasting and planning improvement; portfolio and inventory management; and organizational efficiency, among others.

Jay has a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Illinois with distinction.
