Jay Enders

Jay Enders serves as a Director at Portage Point Partners, where he focuses on providing performance improvement advisory services. Jay has a decade of experience in management consulting spanning across a variety of functional areas and industries with a focus on supply chain operations and transaction advisory.

Jay assists with assessing operational opportunities via operational due diligence or business assessments, implementing process upgrades and managing change across organizations. He has led several sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) efforts and spearheaded improvements resulting in improved financial transparency and holistic performance.

Jay has deep sell-side and buy-side experience across the transaction lifecycle, successfully driving divestitures from the bidding process to Day 1 planning and 100-Day execution, along with leading operational diligence and integration planning.

Beyond the transaction lifecycle, Jay has captured significant value for clients through network and logistics optimization, sourcing, product portfolio and inventory management, organizational efficiency and more.

Jay has experience across multiple industries including in-store display manufacturing, converted paper and paper products manufacturing, industrial packaging, industrial gases, medical devices, food and beverage, retail, specialty apparel, software-as-a-service (SaaS), business services and the public sector among others.

Prior to Portage Point, Jay was with Alvarez & Marsal where he focused on supply chain performance improvement.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois with distinction.
