Jack Nolan

Jack Nolan serves as a Vice President at Portage Point Partners in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to Portage Point, Jack was a Private Equity Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting the development of thematic focus areas in the healthcare industry. Jack also oversaw two portfolio companies and worked closely with management on value creation initiatives, liquidity and cashflow management as well as detailed site-by-site and product-by-product financial models.

Previously, Jack was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in New York, and at J.P. Morgan in Australia. In these roles he worked with financial sponsors and strategics on mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and divestments and carve-outs for clients in the healthcare, consumer, technology, telecom and retail industries.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Law (with Honors) and a Bachelor of Business, with a concentration in Finance, from Queensland University of Technology.
