Harrison Avery

Harrison Avery serves as an Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners, based in the Dallas office.

At Portage Point, Harrison conducts buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including analyzing quality of earnings, assessing net working capital and quantifying net debt for middle market mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, divestitures and other transactions. In addition to his work across various industries, Harrison has specialized experience in the marine sector, where he focuses on strategic marina acquisitions and other maritime businesses.

Prior to Portage Point, Harrison was an Analyst in the Houlihan Lokey Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he assisted with financial due diligence for middle market transactions.

Harrison earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the state of Texas and holds a Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) certification from FINRA.
