Harish Bharadwaj

Harish Bharadwaj is a Senior Director at Portage Point Partners based in New York. He specializes in product and technology value creation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled transformation across private equity (PE) and technology, media and telecom (TMT) and financial services.

Harish has more than a decade of extensive expertise and experience in ideating, designing, implementing and leading intricate performance improvement and digital transformation programs. Harish has led products and services development and management for more than 15 years across industry and consulting.

Harish has leveraged his skills in technology and product management in cases related to growth strategies, margin improvements, cost optimization, strategy, architecture, organizational designs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures. His work spans start-ups and scale-ups to large, high-profile Fortune 500 companies across a diverse range of industries.

Prior to Portage Point, Harish was a leader in the Technology practice at AlixPartners, focused on product and technology cases in the Private Equity practice. Previously, Harish founded and co-led the US Technology Performance Improvement practice at KPMG. His rotation with KPMG Netherlands gives him a unique perspective on industry leadership in North America and Europe.

Harish holds a Master of Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
