Evan Cali

Evan Cali is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners in the Chicago office where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the implementation of value maximization strategies.

Evan brings deep experience advising senior executives on complex enterprise transformation initiatives with an emphasis on driving measurable value creation. His experience includes advising on large-scale divestitures and post-divestiture financial strategy, designing inventory optimization programs, developing comprehensive value improvement agendas and delivering material cost reduction initiatives.

Prior to Portage Point, Evan was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Strategy & Transformation practice at AlixPartners. In this role, he served as a strategic advisor on enterprise transformation initiatives across a wide array of industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, banking and aerospace and defense.

Evan graduated with Highest Honors from the Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business.
