Ethan Retcher

Ethan Retcher is a Vice President at Portage Point Partners in the Chicago office, where he focuses on providing investment banking advisory services. Ethan advises companies and stakeholders on capital structure and strategic alternatives across complex and special situations.

Prior to Portage Point, Ethan was on the Debt Capital Markets team at the University of Chicago, where he supported the university’s financing activities and bond portfolio management

Previously, Ethan was an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International, where he advised middle market companies and financial sponsors on capital structure and strategic alternatives across a variety of industries.

Ethan graduated summa cum laude from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
