Ethan Mann

Ethan Mann serves as a Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners, where he is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, supporting value creation initiatives, constructing 13-week cash flows, analyzing working capital assessments and assisting in the overall implementation of value maximization strategies.

Ethan has broad experience which spans performance improvement initiatives targeting the bottom-line, engagements across the M&A lifecycle from diligence to integration management and value capture, and enterprise transformations focused on design and implementation of process and technology improvements.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Ethan was with Alvarez & Marsal where he supported clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, insurance, consumer products, real estate and technology services.

Ethan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and was a member of the Georgia Honors College.
