Emily Wierman

Emily Wierman is a Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners based in Chicago where she is responsible for conducting financial and operational analysis and developing and monitoring key performance indicators. She also supports value creation and cost-saving initiatives, constructs 13-week cash flows, performs working capital assessments and assists in implementing value maximization strategies.

Prior to Portage Point, Emily was a private credit Senior Associate for the Mezzanine Fund at PGIM Private Capital, where she helped deploy capital in middle market businesses nationwide, both directly and through financial sponsor relationships. She assessed the creditworthiness of investments through financial and comparable analysis. She conducted internal and third-party due diligence and maintained correspondence with management teams.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Indiana University (Summa Cum Laude).
