Dikshu Jain

Dikshu Jain is a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners based in the Gurugram office.

Dikshu has around five years of financial due diligence experience providing support to management teams, private equity sponsors and investors across the transaction lifecycle with key focus on quality of earnings, proof of cash, revenue testing, expense analysis and working capital analysis. His industry expertise spans buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements across middle market entities in the manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), technology, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to Portage Point, Dikshu worked at Alvarez & Marsal, managing diligence workstreams for major private equity and corporate clients. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the Transaction Advisory Services practice and an Associate at Ernst & Young.

Dikshu holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed Part 1 of the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
